Self-assessment of management performance organization’s personnel: HR-technologies
Abstract
The paper proposes a detailed HR technology for self-assessment of the effectiveness of the personnel management system based on the experience of the EU countries as one of the criteria for the quality of the functioning of organizations, considering the possible adaptation to the Russian reality. The original diagram of reserves for improving the effectiveness of the personnel management system is constructed.
