Development service personnel management in modern enterprise
Abstract
In this article the problems and prospects for improving of personnel services has been analyzed, the examples of development of personnel management service depending on the size of organization has been given. The emphasis has been given to labor adaptation of personnel in article, the efficiency of primary and secondary personnel adaptation has been considered. The authors have been concluded that without the formation and development of self-organizing system of personnel management in the modern enterprises impossible to increase overall economic performance of its operation.
