Theoretical and categorial approach to studying the motivational personnel management system

Abstract

The article assesses the concept of «motivation» and reveals the categorical basis for the formation of a personnel management system. In addition, the paper assesses the concept of the personnel management system, its characteristics and features of formation through the prism of theory. This work analyzes the origin of the definitional and categorical apparatus, characterizes the history of the concepts presented above, and evaluates motivation systems.
