Innovative cognitive content management

Abstract

In the conditions of global uncertainty, the refined tools in terms of the expanded use of domestic and foreign research methods and methods of influencing business processes are of great importance for the functioning of the organization. At the same time, some of the tools represent successful technologies in the content of cognitive management. For the first time, from the point of view of the system approach, the organization’s tools are considered as a system in which the defining (basic) sub-system is the tools of personnel management, and the HR technologies developed by it become effective tools of the organization that determine its innovative strategy. In this regard, the application of the business performance assessment chart is currently an up-to-date tool of the organization in the form of a detailed technology with specific convergent measures of protection against competitors in terms of borrowing foreign experience and adapting to Russian organizations.
