Evolution of the theoretical concepts on labor motivation of workers
Abstract
To create research methods of labor motivation of workers it is necessary to consider the theoretical aspects of this problem. This article studies the evolution of theoretical concepts about the labor motivation of personnel, which allows to justify scientific approaches to the research of labor and motivation of the organization. The researchers’ approaches to a number of motivational theories and stages of development of scientific concepts on labor motivation are analyzed.
