Distinctive features of staff motivation in the logistics

Abstract

The process of increasing the productivity of employees of any enterprise has a huge impact on all systems of the enterprise, including logistic ones. Since logistics has a direct impact on the company’s profit, the costs of motivating the employees of the logistics department will be repaid many times. In the article the main problems of the employees of logistic systems were considered and a set of measures was proposed to improve the activity of the employees of the logistics department by increasing the motivation.
