Development of network retail in modern reality: key trends and changes in the strategy
Abstract
Modern retail is changing under the influence of changing consumer needs, COVID-19, the development and implementation of digital technologies, and analysis of these changes, prompt response to them are the key factors for the success of companies in the nearest prospect. The article highlights the main trends in the development of modern retail, groups the factors of growing consumer interest in online sales in this area. The key components of the strategy for the development of retail chains in the new reality are substantiated, and possible directions for further transformation of such strategies are recommended.
