Competent approach in management of social systems
Abstract
The article describes theoretical and methodological aspects of the competence approach: evolution, trends and development perspectives. The author proposes the periodization of the development of the competence approach based on historical and economic analysis. The antitheses of the formation of the competence approach are reflected. The model of competency-based management is presented.
