Abstract

Construction and installation enterprises require a special approach to personnel selection in the labor market. In this regard, a professionally oriented concept of selection and recruitment of personnel at construction and installation enterprises is developed and described. The paper describes the main aspects of this concept, the costs of its development and the expected effect.
