Trends in the development of organizational behavior and their impact on management technologies
Abstract
The article analyzes trends in the development of organizational behavior and their impact on management technologies. Organizational behavior is a multidiscipline, using methods, attributes and principles from psychology, sociology, economics, political science. At the same time, organizational behavior is the basis for studying management disciplines. In this regard, it is important to show the specifics of organizational behavior management in a thematic textbook. How competently management analyzes the situation, the behavior of personnel, makes managerial decisions, depends on the overall effectiveness of the organization and the activities of management in particular.
