Bank business processes optimization and estimation of their efficiency
Abstract
In the context of interbank competition aggravation, the strengthening of global and national risks business processes optimization becomes crucial for achieving significant competitive advantages in bank management. It was concluded that it is necessary to apply qualitatively new tools for bank business processes optimization that can consider key factors of the bank activities efficiency in order to timely identify the causes of its decline.
