Technological management in the system of human capital development

Abstract

Modern management acquires technological features, especially evident in the second half of the 20th century. This is due to the fact that equipment and technology have become an integral part of the life of a “man-made society.” The article examines the transformation of human capital in modern society and its conversion into “technological human capital” through management’s use of various types of equipment and technologies, as well as the creation of technological platforms to address breakthrough problems of modern industry.
