The development of regional innovation clusters in Russia and Poland
Abstract
Modern trends in regional economic development in Russia and Poland are characterized by dynamic structural changes and lead to the formation of clusters. Clusters represent a specific form of the spatial organization of industries and service sectors. They are considered a tool for implementing innovation policies aimed at stabilizing economic growth rates. Cluster initiatives in the regions of Russia and Poland offer broad opportunities for using the competitive advantages of national economies.
