Смешанная инновационная политика: управление вызовами в новой стратегической оси

Аннотация

Данное исследование направлено на углубление понимания взаимодействия между процессами управления и оценкой смешанной политики в конкретном контексте стратегий «умной специализации». Эти новые популярные региональные инновационные стратегии являются идеальными лабораториями для анализа смешанной политики в силу их территориально-ориентированного и экспериментального характера, направленности и потенциальной ориентации на крупные социальные проблемы, а также сложного контекста управления.
