Improving the efficiency of the implemented system of motivation based on key performance indicator (KPI)

Abstract

Many companies often face lack of the expected effectiveness of the implemented system of motivation based on KPI. Most managers consider that it is enough to pay attention to the development of a system, and the implementation can be achieved by orders. This article surveys causes of the low efficiency of the system and methods for their elimination. Such factors as a systematic approach, effective staff training and rational organization of the implementation process play a very important role.
