Formation of russian market IT-оutsourcing: problems and prospects

Abstract

In article are analyzed a current state and tendencies of development of the world and Russian markets of IT-outsourcing. The special attention is given to organizational-economic problems which the enterprises face at use of outsourcing of information technology, to the analysis of advantages and IT-outsourcing lacks. Examples of effective IT-outsourcing are resulted, the factors constraining development of the Russian market of IT-outsourcing are defined.
