The methodology of human capital research and evaluation: ethical approach

Abstract

The article substantiates the necessity of ethical approach to define and evaluate human capital. The author’s definition of human capital from personal moral and ethical qualities point of view is given. The elements of human capital in modern Russia are considered. Some directions of human capital increasing are suggested.
