Implementation of process of digitalization of management technologies at the industrial enterprises in a world ecosystem
Abstract
Features of digitalization of technologies of management of the industrial enterprises are defined. The analysis of practice of use of digital technologies in a control system of the industrial enterprises on the example of Novolipetsk Steel and the Gazprom Neft company allowed to open possibilities of increase in effective management of productions and the prospects of development of strategic partnership of the industrial enterprises with the IT companies in the sphere of implementation of digital solutions.
