Possibilities of using scenario planning in the distribution of resources at production enterprises (foreign experience)

Abstract

The article looks into modern approaches to the use of scenario planning in the process of resource allocation in a manufacturing enterprise. It is shown that this method allows us to anticipate risks and determine promising areas of enterprise development, which, in turn, increases its economic stability and competitiveness. The importance of developing medium-term and long-term scenarios for Russian enterprises is also emphasized, since this method allows us to quickly deal with emerging extraordinary situations, both in the current moment and in the future.
