Human capital as a driver of growth for small and medium entrepreneurship in Russia
Abstract
The article considers the issues of increasing importance and relevance of the interaction between government and business from the perspective of institutional transformations of the economic and social life of Russian society, which are discussed in the framework of the business forum “Delo za malim”. It was noted that the ability of the economy to efficient, high-quality and structural transformations directly depends on the availability of high-quality human capital as an important factor in the country’s socio-economic development and the growth of SMEs.
