В статье рассмотрены вопросы взаимодействия государственной власти и бизнеса с позиции институциональных преобразований экономической и социальной жизни российского общества, обсуждаемых в рамках проведения бизнес-форума «Дело за малым». При этом отмечено, что способность экономики к эффективным структурным преобразованиям напрямую зависит от наличия качественного человеческого капитала как важного фактора социально-экономического развития страны и роста МСП.

The article considers the issues of increasing importance and relevance of the interaction between government and business from the perspective of institutional transformations of the economic and social life of Russian society, which are discussed in the framework of the business forum “Delo za malim”. It was noted that the ability of the economy to efficient, high-quality and structural transformations directly depends on the availability of high-quality human capital as an important factor in the country’s socio-economic development and the growth of SMEs.
