Methodic approach to the formation of the system of operational management of the industrial holding for providing its financial stability under the conditions of economic crisis
Abstract
In the article reviewed the main methods of analysis and management of assets, liabilities and financial results of an industrial holding in order to ensure its financial stability. The authors substantiate the need to optimize the structure of the balance sheet to ensure financial stability under the crisis conditions. In the article recommendations for restructuring the financial position of the industrial holding company and a system of operational management have been proposed in accordance with the industry specific.
