The methodical approach to the estimation of structural components of economic potential of regional innovative system

Abstract

To form a rational model of regional innovation system it is necessary to use the economic potential of the regions. The study deals with the definition of the economic potential of regional innovation systems, as well as on the basis of summarizing and clarifying the various scientific approaches are presented to determine its structural components, potential of consumption and production of innovation in the region. At the same time authors proposed a new method of their assessment.
