The formation and development of the labour potential of the enterprise: theoretical aspects of research

Abstract

The theoretical research of peculiarities of formation and development of labour potential of the enterprises has a practical importance, as the basis for the devising of management measures. These measures are aimed to improve the performance of enterprises. The article provides a definition of the labour potential of the enterprise, as well as the analysis of theoretical studies of the processes of its formation and development, considered their essence and interrelation.
