The key tendencies and features of application of outsourcing in the financial management of an enterprise

Abstract

In article author determined the main tendencies of development of financial outsourcing in Russia for the last five years and features of its application in the system of financial management of the enterprises. In the article is presented the analysis of practical use of different types of financial outsourcing by enterprises in Russia. The main advantages and shortcomings of financial outsourcing are revealed. The author has identified obstacles to the widespread use of financial outsourcing Russian enterprises and the ways of their elimination.
