В статье исследуются основные тенденции развития финансового аутсорсинга в России за последние пять лет, а также особенности применения аутсорсинга в управлении финансами предприятий. Проведен анализ использования различных видов финансового аутсорсинга российскими предприятиями. Выявлены основные преимущества и недостатки финансового аутсорсинга. Определены причины, препятствующие широкому использованию финансового аутсорсинга российскими предприятиями, и предложены пути их устранения.
In article author determined the main tendencies of development of financial outsourcing in Russia for the last five years and features of its application in the system of financial management of the enterprises. In the article is presented the analysis of practical use of different types of financial outsourcing by enterprises in Russia. The main advantages and shortcomings of financial outsourcing are revealed. The author has identified obstacles to the widespread use of financial outsourcing Russian enterprises and the ways of their elimination.
