Theoretical and methodological aspects of business processes reengineering at the enterprise
Abstract
Reengineering of business processes in Russia is developing dynamically and becomes a major tool for improving the efficiency of industrial enterprises. The use of reengineering business processes require the application of scientific sub-courses: systematic and expert. In the article the author’s vision of the classification of different kinds of instruments, factors reengineering business processes. As a result, the testing of offered method in the oil industry company found management business processes that require optimization and reengineering.
