Economic assessment of the prospects of improving vehicle design

Abstract

Based on the classifi cation of the various directions in the design of vehicle engines were assessed the commercial prospects of these areas. The article con-cludes that the most successful in the market will be hybrid engines, and the combination of their constituent nodes depends on the segment of the market and cost-eff ectiveness to deploy complex achievements scientifi c and technical progress in the individual units of engines of vehicles.
