The diagnostics of counterparty internal risks on the basis of a financial risk controlling model
Abstract
Building reliable and promising business relationships is one of the key elements of any business development strategy. In practice, it is rather difficult to assess a counterparty in terms of financial stability, integrity, and business reputation. This article is devoted to the construction of a model for diagnosing the internal risks of a potential business partner. The proposed tool can significantly improve the efficiency of financial risk management.
