Abstract

One of the decisive factors in ensuring the competitiveness and sustainable development of enterprises under modern economic conditions is the involvement of personnel in innovation processes. The article presents the results of an empirical study of staff innovative activity at an industrial enterprise, identifying the determinants with the greatest influence on employees’ readiness to generate and implement innovations. The findings expand the theoretical framework of personnel management and provide practical recommendations for strengthening the innovative potential of enterprises through targeted development of human resources.
