Support and development directions of work activity of talented youth of generation Z

Abstract

Today, the younger generation enters the labor market and arouses increased interest among employers. The article discusses the criteria of youth giftedness, issues of creating a comfortable and attractive workplace, and existing programs in the Russian Federation to support talented youth. The authors conclude that generation Z prefers options where self-realization is possible, takes the financial component into account less than its predecessors, and Russia is interested in promoting the employment of talented youth.
