The subject is the analysis and evaluation of promising niches in the direction of increasing the competitiveness of the retail industry. In the study, the authors first analyze the dynamically developing business concept and its types, then consider the digital industry, and third introduce the public relations sector into the analysis process within the framework of the concept and practice of corporate social responsibility.
