Strengthening the interaction of the state, science and industry for economic modernization

Abstract

The article considers the issue of strengthening interaction between such subjects of the Russian economy as the state, science and business as a factor in accelerating economic development based on existing scientific and technical resources, the generation of new knowledge and the implementation of targeted development programs. The role of the state in the framework of the model of trilateral interaction is presented and the main directions of its influence on the development of science and business are given. The features and contribution of Russian universities to the development of domestic science are presented, as well as proposals are formulated for establishing a process of cooperation between universities and enterprises of the high-tech sector of the economy.
