Abstract

The article deals with a comparative analysis of the experience of macro-planning of innovative strategies and technological modernization of economies in the countries of the so-called emerging economies group. In this study, the author develops a theoretical framework and a general hypothesis about the characteristics of technological modernization processes. This study is an attempt to develop and apply a new conceptual framework for assessing the sustainability of innovative growth in emerging economies.
