Holdings: legal and administrative aspects

Abstract

In the article, the legal and administrative aspects of the development and business activity of holding structures are revealed. The legal basis of business activity of holdings in Russia is also considered. Under the conditions of reforming the system of economic relations in Russia, the basic ways of establishment and development of holdings and their different forms are analyzed. The authors systematize the advantages and disadvantages of holding structures and demonstrate the relevance of research into the business activity of holdings.
