Consumption of fitness services as an indicator of quality of life

Abstract

The article is devoted the problem of improving the quality of life through the consumption of fitness services by the population. Authors discussed the parameters of quality of life as well as presented their international comparison analysis, the role of health as a defining indicator of quality of life. Authors determined the nature, functions and role of fitness in improving the quality of life of the population in Russia, made the analysis of the Russian market of fitness services and its prospects. The authors presented the conclusion that the consumption of fitness services can serve as an indicator of social and economic processes in the country in the general.
