Research of meat products market in Primorsky Kray. Problems and prospects for improving the quality of products

Abstract

The volume of meat production in Russia in recent years achieved significant results. Today, the issue of improving the quality and safety of meat products is on the agenda. The paper studies the features of consumer perception of the quality of ready-made meat products. For the analysis of the consumer market of meat products in Primorsky Krai, the survey was conducted among consumers in the cities of the region. To improve product quality, it is necessary to establish cooperation between consumers and producers of meat products.
