The realization of the benefits of the strategic partnership model at the Russian-German educational cooperation

Abstract

This article examines the international strategic partnership between the Kuban State University and the University of Applied Technical and Economic Sciences in Berlin as a new form of cooperation in the training of highly qualified personnel with the ability to produce two national diplomas. The authors’ definition of the definition of “strategic partnership in education”, investigated the empirical experience of Russian-German cooperation in the field of training bachelors, specialists including the provision of language skills in the professional sphere.
