Methodological aspects of assessing of social sustainability of small and medium-sized enterprises
Abstract
Authors of this article focused on problem of assessing of social sustainability as one of the parameters of secure and stable development of the enterprise. The relevance of research of methodological approaches to the assessment of business activity was substantiated in terms of the use of human resources. The methodical estimation tool of social sustainability of small and medium-sized businesses was proposed.
