Modern approaches to business planning
Abstract
The use of modern approaches and methods of planning, including in the Russian practice, is determined by the need for companies to foresee the future, to preserve flexibility and the choice of appropriate actions under conditions of uncertainty in the external environment. This article considers some of the modern methods and approaches to planning at the enterprise level. The conditions for their use are defined, and the factors that determine the effectiveness of planning in the Russian practice are identified.
