Regulation and deregulation of innovative processes in the Russian economy and Germany

Abstract

The article reveals the main methodological aspects of regulation and deregulation of innovation processes in the economies of Russia and Germany. The authors justified the interconnection and interdependence of regulation and deregulation processes in the innovation sphere. As a result of the research, the need to promote cooperation between Russia and Germany in the field of innovation was substantiated, due to accumulated experience and prevailing trends in the regulation and deregulation of innovation processes in the world economy.
