Abstract

Key laws of development and functioning of a regional labour market at a stage of postcrisis modernisation are investigated. The organizational economic mechanism of regulation of employment of the population, consisting in effective application and use of key structural elements of development (financial, personnel, investment, information, organizational), promoting decrease in deformations in labour sphere of region is considered.
