Influence of time factor on group efficiency

Abstract

The article examines the phenomenon of temporary work groups from the perspective of human resources management. A flight crew of an international aviation company is used as a concrete example; its functional specifics and capabilities are analyzed in terms of efficiency. The results of a survey conducted within the framework of the problem are presented. The idea is put forward that team efficiency is directly dependent on the time factor in the context of group development.
