Coaching as a modern direction of personal motivation
Abstract
Now in management sphere various ways and approaches are applied. By one of modern, uniting in it various techniques and technicians, it is recognized coaching as the important tool of infl uence on results of activity of separate people and the organization as a whole. In article the concept "coaching" is investigated, its historical development, is analyzed the Russian and international market coaching services. The author allocates three basic phases of standard process coaching and in details investigates each of them.
