Overview of the main approaches to defining human capital

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to review approaches to determining the essence of human capital in the works of domestic and foreign scientists. In accordance with it, the article examines the history of the formation of the human capital concept, considers the main approaches of foreign and domestic authors to the definition of the essence of human capital. It also revealed the relationship between human and intellectual capital, and revealed the characteristics that distinguish human capital from other forms of capital.
