Abstract

The market economy imposes increasingly high requirements on enterprises so that they could assess their internal capabilities and tools to resist the impact of external factors. In addition, it forces them to develop their own effective management and planning system. The article discusses the key aspects of implementing the balanced scorecard system in the coal industry.
