Factors and tendencies of development of direct foreign investment process in the modern conditions

Abstract

The article is devoted to the analysis of modern trends in the development of international capital movement in the form of direct foreign investment. Special attention is paid to the factors influencing corporate decision-making regarding direct foreign investment. In particular, supply-side, demand-side, and political factors are identified. In conclusion, the key global processes determining the nature of modern foreign capital flows are highlighted.
