General issues and trends franchising: implications for the Russian market

Abstract

The growing interest in franchising from the domestic business requires an integrated approach to its development in Russia, including taking into account the EU countries practices, the United States, Mexico. The Research issues of franchise development trends allowed to prove the advantages and disadvantages of the operation of the franchise system for the franchisor and franchisee. On the basis of comparative analysis shows the characteristic directions of state franchising schemes.
