Property structure analysis in a tourist recreational complex in Krasnodar region
Abstract
The article is devoted to the analysis of the property structure in a tourist and recreational complex in Krasnodar region. Author considered the structure of the tourist and recreational complex, the concept “adjoint branches”, the investment of the adjoint branches. The research has displayed the variety of the form and type property in the tourist and recreational cluster. Author of the article the complex of the admissibility of private property rights on the tourist resources, depending on their degree of uniqueness.
