Place and role of credit in the budget process

Abstract

In finance modern Russia presented different uses of the loan from the budget − the completion of account balances of budgets of the RF subjects and local budgets, cover cash gaps and to balance the budget and liquidity. This is particularly important for the federal budget, depending on the conditions in world commodity markets and currency exchanges, as well as for highly subsidized budgets need of budget allocations as budget loans.
